IRIS Financials (formerly PS Financials) is the new version of our integrated financial management system. This help centre has been produced to help you get the most from the system.

IRIS Financials is a totally integrated suite of business management software, which incorporates financial accounting, purchasing, timesheet and expenses, fixed assets, stock applications and much more functionality. Designed around a single database – the unified ledger - IRIS Financials provides immediate access to real-time data and comprehensive reporting.

The software is true Windows and web-enabled and is designed for use on local and wide area networks or for working remotely across the Internet. It is suitable for use by organisations with any business structure, but particularly users needing flexibility to cope with sophisticated organisational structures and requirements.

Facilities include multi-dimensional analysis, multi-company, multi-currency, unlimited budgeting and forecast structures, electronic import of bank statements, electronic payments, in-built workflow and e-mail alerts and the ability for the organisation to design its own user defined input screens to automate complex postings and enforce business rules.

A variety of interfacing facilities, including Web Services, API’s and the Data Transformation tool and services, provide integration with operational and feeder systems.
