Dealing with the Report Generation Failed Message

If you receive the following message when you have attempted to email a statement, remittance, or document from within an Emailing Suite module, it indicates that there is a problem accessing the required report template.

You need to check that the report server and report export locations have been set up as described in Configuring Reports.
