Configuring the Remittance Emailer Report
Remittance Emailer reports will be configured for you as part of your onboarding process. When new starters join your organisation, you may need to manually configure Remittance Emailer to use the correct report to display remittance advice.
If the Remittance Advice report is not configured for a user, the following error displays:
To set up the report for Remittance Emailer:

Log in to Remittance Emailer in the usual way then select Configure Reports.

The Reports Configuration dialog is displayed. Select ... next to the Location field.

The Report Browser dialog displays. Typically the Remittance Advice report is found by selecting PSF Live Reports > Customer Documents > BACS Remittance - Multi Location.

Select Save to complete the setup.
