Remove PS Cloud Licence from Accounts

Remove licences from PS Cloud accounts if: 

  • The user leaves
  • You want to assign the licence to another account
  • You want to stop the user accessing their account

Removing a licence deactivates the user's account. Deactivated users cannot log into the Remote Desktop Program (RDP) unless their account is activated again.

  1. In the PS Cloud Self Service, select Accounts.

  2. For the required user, select Disable.
