New Features
Disabilities on Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) Employee Records
For the summer 2023 return, up to nine disabilities can be entered on HESA Person employee records. To support the changes to disability records, changes have also been made to submissions, import values, and defaults.
I Connect Employment History Record
Employment history for the same job now displays as a continuation rather than as individual lines on employee records.
Fixes and Updates
- HMRC Submissions process updated to support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 for the Government Gateway. Support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 has been discontinued
- Resolved issues with absence hours doubling on staff absence records where staff had secondary active roles with zero hours.
- Error message no longer displayed when entering sickness records.
- Apprentice Levy YTD figures now generate the first time the EPS is run
- Correct emergency contact details now display for employees
- Full details now display correctly in Recruitment when candidate information is received
- Employers contribution now populates in the correct column in the NEST submission file
