Bank Account Not Displayed for Open Banking Imports

If a bank account is not available in the list of accounts when importing bank statements and transactions, check consent has been given by the bank for IRIS Financials to access the account.

If consent has not been given, to display the account in the list, get consent from the bank.

Only UK bank accounts can be used with Open Banking.
