Maintaining Academy Information

All the details about your establishment/organisations are stored in an account on the Academy Details ledger. These accounts are created and populated with the required information when the software is installed but on occasion you may need to update some of the information, for example, an email address or number of pupils etc.

  1. Click Masters, then select Accounts.
  2. Double-click the ACADEMY or ENTITY Ledger.
  3. The list of locations is displayed. Select a location, then click the applicable tab to update the information and click Apply.
