IFP Sync - Amber IRIS Financial Planner Icon

This means you need to re-enter your IRIS Financial Planner credentials in IRIS Sync.

1. Go to Options > IRIS Financial Planner Settings.

2. Enter the Planner URL, Username and Password, then selectOkay.

   The amber light turns green if the information is correct.

Locate the information for these fields as follows:

Planner URL

1. Log in to IRIS Financial Planner. The Planner URL is the address in the Address bar.

   

Username

Your Username you use to log in to IRIS Financial Planner.

The password for IRIS Sync might not be the same as your IRIS Financial Planner login password. Refer to the Password section for this.

Password

1. Log in to IRIS Financial Planner and go to Sync Tool Access, then enter a new password and select Save.

2. Enter this password in IRIS Sync.
