IFP Sync IRIS Financials Amber Icon
This means you need to re-enter your IRIS Financials credentials in IRIS Sync. This is the same information as you enter when logging in to IRIS Financials.

In IRIS Sync go to Options > IRIS Financials Settings, then select Connecionstatus.

Enter the information from your IRIS Financials login window.
The IRIS Financials icon turns green.
If the IRIS Financials icon is still amber, the issue may be the Database username and Database password on the Advanced tab. If you are a PS Cloud customer, contact the IRIS Financials Support Team to request an upgrade: http://iris.co.uk/iriscommunity.
On premise customers, contact your IT Department for the correct username and password.
