Mapping to Every HR By IRIS 

Before synchronising to Every HR By IRIS, fields in Every HR By IRIS must be mapped to the required fields in IRIS Financial Planner.

1. Select Mapping.
2. In Type select HR, and in System select Every.
3. Add a row, then in Entity select the type of data being mapped, such as Salaries.
4. In System 1, select the required IRIS Financial Planner field.

5. In System 2, enter the code of the field that contains that data in Every HR By IRIS.

   If the data is in more than one field in Every HR By IRIS, enter a comma between codes.

6. Complete rows for all data that is to be synchronised.

   An error message continues to display until all required data has been mapped.
