IFP Sync - Budget Monitor Import: Budget Monitor Data Already Exists
Occurs when a budget monitor sync has already taken place for the selected month and year.
The following graphic displays the cost centre code(s) that does not exist in IRIS Financial Planner.
To resolve this issue you need to clear the monitor for the selected year and period:

Go to Settings > Monitoring > Budget Monitor > then select GAG Budget Monitor.

Select the Year and Period.

Select Settings > Clear....
To clear the budget monitor for several schools in a Trust go to Settings > Multi-School > Trust Schools, then tick the box next to applicable schools and select Clear Monitors for Selected Schools.

Re-sync using IRIS Sync.
