Edit User Groups

CUSTADMIN access only

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later if your organisation has switched on the New security screens. If it is not switched on or using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Edit User Groups.

User groups can be edited to change: 

• The group Title
• The password expiry settings
• The security permissions for all users in the group

User groups are created to manage permissions for IRIS Financials modules and features for specific groups of users.

To edit a user group: 

1. Go to Maintenance, then select User Groups.

2. Find and select the relevant Group, then select EDIT.
3. Change the relevant details.
4. SAVE the group.
