Adding Users

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2103 or earlier. If using version 7.0.2223 or later, go to Add Users.

To add new users for IRIS Financials:

  1. Add the user to the relevant user group.
  2. Assign access to relevant modules.
  3. Set the security roles.
  4. Assign relevant licences.
  5. Provide access to document types.
  6. Set the menus and items the user can access.
