Importing Licences

CUSTADMIN access only

To add a licence to IRIS Financials, this is completed within the software. When licences have been loaded, they can then be assigned to users. For more information, please see Assigning Licences to/Removing Licences from Users.

1. Select Home, then select Licences.
   
2. The Licence Assignment window is displayed. To add new licences, select IMPORT LICENCES.
   
3. The Select a file dialog is displayed. Select the licence file (.LIC file extension) from the folder it was saved in, then select Open.
4. The licences file is displayed in the left-hand panel and is automatically selected. The licences now need to be assigned to users. For more information, please see Assigning Licences to/Removing Licences from Users.
