Updating logos on reports and Emailing Suite
You can change the logos that display on outbound documents such as purchase orders, sales invoices and reports.

PS Cloud customers

On the PS Cloud go to X:\PSF\Images.

The folder contains the images for your organisation. Find the image you need to update and overwrite it with an image of the same name.
Take a backup of the old image before replacing it if needed.

On premise customers
This needs to be completed by your system administrator/IT department.

Open an internet browser and enter:
http://[YOURSERVERNAME]/Reports
Please note if your using an instanced version of SQL this will need to be include the “_[INSTANCENAME]” * i.e. http://[SERVERNAME]/[INSTANCENAME]/Reports
Alternatively, you can navigate to the Reporting Services Configuration Manager located under Start > Microsoft > Configuration Tools > Reporting Services Configuration Manager on the server.
This will bring up the dialogue box shown below which will allow you to connect to the server instance:

Once you have done this you can select on the Report Manager URL on the left side and select on the URL here as shown below:

Select the Images folder.

Once you select the Images folder you should have Images displayed similar to the ones below. Select Upload File:

This will bring up a screen where you will need to browse to the new Logo's location (the image will need to be a .JPG with a maximum size of 2.15(h) x 5.5(w) cm (Area to fill).

Once you have done this you will get the screen below here you will need to do 3 things:

Enter the Location on the school whose logo you are updating e.g. ACA.jpg

Select the Overwrite item if it exists box

Select OK to upload the image
This will then overwrite your logo with the new image you have selected and will update all Reporting Services reports for that Location.
