Screen Sizing Too Big or Small

If IRIS Financials is too big or too small when displayed on your screen, it is usually because of the screen sizing or resolution settings of your device.

To resolve the issue, log out of PS Cloud, then try: 

• Setting your scaling options to 125%

  IRIS Financials is designed to work best with 100% scaling, however you might have to set Advance Scaling Options to 105-110% if the screen sizing issues are not resolved by changing to 125%.

• Checking your resolution settings, and set to 1920 by 1080 if possible

After changing your settings, the next time you log into PS Cloud the issue should have been resolved.
