Manage Period States

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Manage Period States.

Edit Period States to manage:

• Where they display in the list when choosing a State for a financial period
• Which Security Roles must be assigned to a user's group

1. Go to Maintenance, then select Period States.
2. Select EDIT.
3. Change the required details in General or Security.
4. SAVE the changes.
