Disk Full Error

When a Disk Full Error is displayed, it usually means the Downloads and Documents folder in the PS Cloud is full for the user.

To clear the error: 

  1. In PS Cloud, select File Explorer, then This PC, then Downloads.
  2. In the Downloads folder, to select all the documents, press Ctrl and A (Ctrl + A).
  3. To delete all the downloads, press Shift and Delete at the same time.

Alternatively, you can move the files to the X:\ drive, or a local drive.

If the Disk Full Error continues to display, to contact our Support Team, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) with the details of the error and confirming whether you have cleared your downloads folder.
