Dispute Documents

The Disputed status should be applied to documents to move them to the hold database where: 

  • Authorisation is required but the document was posted on a standard version of the document
  • Document is still awaiting authorisation and must not be included on a payment run
  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Accounts.

  2. Select the required ledger.
  3. Find and select the required account, then LINKS.
  4. Select Details.
  1. Right-click the required document, then select Dispute.

If required, add comments to explain why the payment status has been changed to D.

Did you know?
Documents with Disputed status are still displayed in reports.
