Delete Payment Run Profiles

Payment Run Profiles can be deleted when:

  • They are no longer needed
  • The criteria has changed or it can be replaced by a new profile
  • The profile is not being used by uncompleted payment runs
  1. Go to Payments, then select Payment Run Profile Maintenance.
  2. Select the required profile, then DELETE.

    If DELETE is greyed out, the profile is being used by an uncompleted payment run. To delete the profile, find the payment runs using the profile, then finish processing the payment run.

  3. To confirm, select SAVE.
