Security Reports

CUSTADMIN access only

Security reports are available from the Reporting Suite, and can be used to produce lists of user groups and users, or of the security settings applied for items in IRIS Financials.

  1. Go to Modules, then select Reporting Suite.

  2. From Additional Reports, select Security Reports Dashboard.

  3. Choose the relevant report from Item Security:

    Report Name Description
    Accounts Groups accounts by ledger, with the details of the user groups with access and permissions.
    Budgets Lists the access levels applied to all budgets.
    Documents Lists the user groups who can access documents by type.
    Ledgers Lists the user groups who can access each ledger.
    Nominals Groups nominals by location, with details of the user groups with access and permissions.
    Periods Groups periods by year, with the access level applied to each period.
