Review ESFA Reporting Nominal Indices Values
When the EFA Budget Forecast Return report updates are installed, where possible, IRIS Financials automatically sets the relevant indices value for each nominal. Before running the report, check the nominals have the correct indices value.
If you have added new nominals, before running the report you must set the correct ESFA reporting indices value.
- Go to Enquiries, then select Trial Balance.
- Select Nominal Indices, then Add Criteria.
- From Index, select this year's ESFA reporting indices code.

To sort the indices by category, select the EFA Budget Forecast column.
Before running the EFA Budget Forecast Return, any nominals with ZZZ must have the correct indices value added.
