Open Banking — Import Statements and Transactions — January 2026

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, or Version 6, this feature is not available.

We are excited to announce you can now import statements and transactions using Open Banking in IRIS Financials.

Bank accounts your organisation has set up to use for Open Banking can be connected to IRIS Financials to allow transaction details to be imported directly from the your bank. The transactions are added by a connection provided by third-party, Yapily Connect.

To import Open Banking transactions, you must arrange for the bank to give consent for IRIS Financials to access your bank account.

After consent has been given, you can import the transactions from the account as often as required.
