Fixes and Updates

  • When matching transactions manually for reconciliation, messages now display when using SUGGEST CASHBOOK MATCHES or SUGGEST STATEMENT MATCHES if:
    • Matches have been found to explain how to confirm the matches.
    • No matches were found and must be matched manually.
  • Resolved error displaying when using Auto Reconciliation, and selection of Advanced is cleared after selecting the criteria.
  • Error no longer displays when using Auto Reconciliation for multiple matches if the detail lines for the documents have not been selected before saving.
  • User Field 1, User Field 2, and User Field 3, can now be displayed for Allocation.
  • Accessibility improvements for drop-down fields and menus to allow the options to display by selecting anywhere on the field or menu.
  • Currency value is now displayed in exported reports.
  • Discounts now round to two decimal places for posted payment runs.
  • The Document Type Currency dialog now displays correctly if set to Don't Suppress for document input forms when posting a document with a currency that is different from the default.

The following are known issues relating to updating to version 7.0.2319:
