Resolving Management Accounts Report not Showing Figures, Nominals or Accounts

If the Management Accounts Report is not pulling through an account, or showing no data, it is most likely the Account Indices have not been completed.

  1. To check this, go to Maintenance, then select Accounts.
  2. Select the required ledger.
  3. Select the relevant account, then the Indices tab.
  4. Select EDIT, then select a value in the FUNDTYPE list, then the ACTIVITIES list.
  5. SAVE the details.
  6. Go to Maintenance, then select Nominals.
  7. Select the nominal that is not showing, then select the Analysis tab.
  8. If Management Reporting is blank, select EDIT, then enter the relevant value.
  9. SAVE the details.
