Selecting Documents and Accounts in Remittance Emailer

The first step in any of the three emailing modules is to select the type of documents being sent, together with the accounts the documents should be sent to.

In the Remittance Emailer module, remittances can only be sent to suppliers included in a previously defined paylist.

  1. Log in to Remittance Emailer as described in Logging into Remittance Emailer.
  2. Select the required paylist from the Paylist drop-down list.
  3. Select the type of paylist from the Paylist Type drop-down list.
  4. Select the status of the paylist from the Paylist Status drop-down list.
  5. Select Search to display a list of suppliers matching the chosen criteria.
