Renew Consent from the Bank for Open Banking Accounts
Consent given by the bank for IRIS Financials to access the bank account typically expires after 90 days, or a set number of days determined by the bank.
Expired consent must be renewed for IRIS Financials to continue accessing the account.
Only UK bank accounts can be used with Open Banking.
For accounts with Status of Expired:

Go to Banks, then select Consent Management.
- Select the relevant Institution, then
- Fill in the details required by the bank.
When you have completed all the required details for the bank, the process of giving consent is completed and the account displays in the list of account for Open Banking.
If you are not sure what details the bank requires, or need help completing the details, please contact the bank.
The Status updates from Expired to Active, and the account is displayed again when importing Open Banking transactions.
