Connection to Bank Not Working

When arranging consent for IRIS Financials to access bank accounts, if the login screen for the selected bank does not load, contact the bank.

If the bank advise there are no issues or the screen continues to not load, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) with our Support team, and include the following details: 

  • The bank you are trying to connect to.
  • Any screenshots or recordings of the issue that might help the team investigate.
  • Whether any of your colleagues are also having the same issue.
