Adding additional non-order invoice approvers

In order for approvers to be available for selection to authorise non-order invoices, they must be added to the AUTHORISER keylist.

You need to know the ID of the user who is being added as an approver. If you need to check user ID, select Maintenance > Accounts from the menu. Double-select to select the USERS ledger from the Select a ledger dialog, then select the required user account. The user's ID is displayed in Account.

  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Keylists from the menu.

  2. The Keylist Maintenance window is displayed. Select the AUTHORISER keylist from the left-hand panel.

  3. Select ADD NEW, then select KEY.

  4. A <New item> is added at the bottom of the AUTHORISER keylist panel, as shown in the following graphic. Enter the user ID (which must exactly match the user ID stored in the user's account) in Key. Enter a title to help identify the approver in the system in Title. The remaining fields should be left blank, then select SAVE.
