The claim input form that must be completed depends on the type of claim being made.

Claim input forms are linked to a specific location that was allocated when the group was created. To change the location, choose another group or change the group location.

Select the Claim Input form type: 

• Expense — For personal business or company card expenses
• Mileage — For personal car or company car mileage expenses
