Add Vehicles

Any company or personal vehicles employees can make mileage claims against must be added to IRIS Financials Expenses.

1. Go to Options, select Settings, then Vehicles.
2. Select Add Vehicle.

3. Enter the required vehicle details, then Save.

   If adding a personal vehicle, it must linked to the Owner.
   
   To make company or pool cars available to all employees, do not select an Owner.
