Potential Duplicate Items Warning

When saving a claim, IRIS Financials Expenses checks the items against claims you have already saved or submitted. If any of the items match, review the potential duplicates to either remove them or continue with the claim.

1. If the Potential Duplicate message is displayed, either:
   • Select No to return to the claim to review the items
   • Select View Matches to display all other claims where an item match has been found
2. After reviewing the items or other claims:
   • If the item is not a duplicate, continue making the claim
   • If the item is duplicated, remove it from the claim
