Remove Licences

When an employee IRIS Financials Expenses account has been deleted, the assigned licence must be removed from their IRIS Financials account.
As IRIS Financials Expenses licences are assigned to an employees IRIS Financials account it can be removed before or after deleting the employees IRIS Financials Expenses account.
- Go to Options, then select Manage Licences.
- Select the expenses Module.
- Search for the employee, then clear the selection next to their Name.
- To confirm removal, select Save.
