Link Vehicles to Employee IRIS Financials Expenses Accounts

Admin User Configure settings Manage employee accounts

To stop personal vehicles added to IRIS Financials Expenses displaying for all employees, it must be linked to the employee who owns the car.

1. Go to Options, select Settings, then Vehicles.
2. Select the required vehicle.
3. In Owner, select the employee, then Save.
