Switching Database

If your establishment/organisation uses more than one database, then you can switch database within IRIS Expenses to view and manage expense claims for another database.

You can identify the database and company to which you are logged in from the details displayed in the bottom right-hand corner on all pages.

  1. select Options, then select Change Connection....
  2. The Change Connection window is displayed. Select the Database and Company from the drop-down lists, then select Confirm.
  3. A success message is displayed to confirm the connection has been changed.

    If the database is not linked with the IRIS Expenses application, an error message is displayed. If the error message is displayed for a database that should be connected, please contact the person within your establishment/organisation who administers your system, i.e., has a CUSTADMIN login.
