Setting up the Custom Group Manager
Use the Custom Group Manager tab in the Pupil Manager module to set up and manage customised groups of student records. For example, set up groups for a school trip or the school parents association.
Use the groups you create to search for student records and send mail merges or update records.
Two tabs are available for you to work with in the Custom Group Manager. Use the tabs to set up:
- Custom Pupil Groups. Create groups of student records for school trips, etc.
- Custom Contact Groups. Create groups and link student contacts to the group. Use Custom Contact Groups for contacting parents directly for an event or committee meeting.
