Lost or forgotten password or username

Use Forgotten your details? in the Login window if you have lost or forgotten your Ed:gen password or username.

You will need to remember the Security question and Answer that you set up when you logged into Ed:gen for the first time.

If your Ed:gen system is hosted externally this facility is not available. In this case you will need to contact your school's Ed:gen Administrator.

  1. Select Forgotten your details? in the Ed:gen Login window:

    2. You can get help with a password or username:

  2. In the Reset my password? section:
    1. Enter your Username in the field indicated.
    2. Enter your Security answer in the field indicated.
    3. Select Reset Password.

    3. You are prompted when the reminder email has been sent.

  3. In the Request my username section:
    1. Enter your Email address.
    2. Select Send Reminder.

    4. You are prompted when the reminder email has been sent.
