IRIS Central has directs links to help and support.

From the Help menu, choose from:

• Central Documentation — Access help topics in the IRIS Central help centre
• Ideas Portal — Submit ideas or feature requests

Only Admin users can access:

• Online Courses — Get information about the training courses available in the iUniversity
• Dataset Documentation — Information about courses to help you understand your data
• Submit a ticket — Report issues or request additional help from our Support team (an iSAMS Identity account required)
