Prerequisites

  • Users must have access to their own IRIS Central system, and know the basics of how to navigate around IRIS Central
  • This course works best on a desktop or laptop PC, but any device can be used
  • A headset or speakers are recommended
  • An iSAMS Identity account — If you do not have an iSAMS Identity account, follow the steps below to create one

Create an iSAMS Identity account

  1. On the course login screen, select Not a Member.
  2. Choose your Account Type.
  3. Complete all details, including work email address and Client Code (CLI).

    If you don't know your CLI number, contact your trust or school administrator, or your IRIS Central account manager.

  4. A verification email is sent to the provided address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the sign-up process.
