Renew Licences for IRIS BioStore Products

Before the start of the new academic year you must check your IRIS BioStore licence is still in date and covers the IRIS BioStore products you use.

If your licence has expired or is due to expire within the next 30 days, when you log into ID Manager a warning is displayed. To renew your licence, contact our Renewals team at edurenewals@iris.co.uk with the subject heading of IRIS BioStore Licence Renewal.

Renewed licences are sent you through our IRIS Service Community.

If your organisation's licences expire during the summer holidays or throughout September, contact our Renewals team and we will send you a temporary extension for your existing licence through IRIS Service Community.

If you do not have an IRIS Service Community account, contact the person at your organisation assigned as the administrator, or your IRIS Software Group Ltd account manager.
