Update — November 2020

IRIS BioStore version 3.3.9 updates released for November 2020. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

BioStore Primary Server

  • Licence update service now restarts correctly

BioStore Secondary Server

  • No longer requires BioStore Primary Server licence file when the secondary server is installed separately to the primary server

ID Manager

  • When database storage limit is reached or close to being reached, a reminder displayed to remove database records no longer needed
  • People menu icons no longer greyed out after using Logins
  • Enrolment testing working correctly
  • Fingerprint scanner now works without having to restart the software after each use
  • Licence Expiry warnings no longer displayed when using tills
  • Fingerprint scanners and card readers can be automatically selected

FasTrak Server

  • Running Day End report working correctly

FasTrak Client

  • Tills automatically lock after period of inactivity if not used
  • Files no longer need to be copied for fingerprint scanners to work
  • Resolved log out issues when using Grab Bags features
  • More than just today's transactions displayed when accessing Transaction History from the till
  • Menu options displaying correctly

FasTrak Admin

  • IRIS FasTrak address and branding details updated in Reports
  • Allergy and Product Warnings deleted correctly in Warnings Report
  • Debt amounts correctly displayed on Reports
  • Options displayed correctly for multiple students when adjusting funds

ID Gateway

  • SIMS exports automatically stopped if connection is lost and allows you to retry export if it has failed

IRIS FasTrak Cloud

  • Product warning no longer approves item for students with an assigned allergy
  • No products displayed if a menu has not been added to the Calendar
  • Meal Deals correctly displayed on Preorder Menu report
  • Options for Meal Deals correctly display available product instead of Meal Deal name
  • Emails work correctly even if no email address has been provided
  • Meal Deals with only one product displayed in Pre Orders
  • Organisation must be selected to run Individual User report
  • Information no longer overruns column width on Historic Orders report
  • Debtors report correctly displays currency symbols
  • Rejected Pre Orders no longer included in order totals
