Access the Online System and Set Up an Account
You can access the IRIS FasTrak system online by going to biostore.preorder.fastrak.co.uk in your web browser or clicking here.
When you first access the online system, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you don’t have an account, select Register to create an account. If you can’t remember your password, you can click Forgot Password to reset it.
To Register you will need to fill out the online form displayed on the screen. A screenshot of the form is shown below. Once completed, click the Register button displayed on the lower right.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account to the registered email address. Click the link in the e-mail and you should see the following message:
Click the link return to the login page to login. You can now sign in and start using the system.
Adding Users
To begin adding children to the system:
- Click the blue Add user in the bottom left of the main screen.
- Enter the FasTrak ID and the Customer ID – Both of these should be provided to you by the school.

When the details have been added, click the green Add The name of the child should then be displayed in the top left corner of the screen.
This process can be repeated to add multiple children to the pre-order system. The names can then be selected from the left hand side of the screen to display the pre-order menu for each child added to the system.
Using the Pre-Order System
When selecting a child, you will see the calendar shown to the right. The balance of the account will be shown in the top left of the calendar next to the name.
The month being viewed can be adjusted using the drop down boxes in the top right corner of the calendar.
When selecting a day from the calendar you will see the available meal choices for that day displayed in the window below:
Here the meals and their prices with be displayed. To set the meal for that day, simply select the desired product and click Save.
To close the window, click Quit.
You are able to go back into a day and change the pre-order choice in the same way, if it is too late to change your choice, you will see the following message.
