Show Meal Purchases in ParentPay

It could be possible a setting is not set up correctly for your server. Open up FasTrak Admin and go to the Maintenance Page. Then select ParentPay Options. Go to the Purchases as Financial Txn option and make sure it is set to False; This will make sure that a description is sent with each transaction. The IT Staff will need to restart the FasTrak Server for this payment change to take place.
