IRIS ParentMail Accounts not Linking

In some cases you may find an account in FasTrak Admin that shows as Online No in the People section. When IRIS FasTrak tries to link an account on IRIS ParentMail, if unable to link the record they will automatically be set offline. When this happens, you must link the accounts manually in IRIS ParentMail. Fore more information, go to Link Cashless Accounts to Till Systems.

Once the above steps have been completed, in FasTrak Admin set the record online again by clicking the Set Online On button. The account should then successfully link.
