GroupCall Exporter not working with SIMS

To address this problem, first, stop the Xporter service.

Browse your computer’s Program Files and find the groupcall folder. Under GroupCall, rename the biostore folder to biostoreold.

Open the GCExporter.ini file in the GroupCall folder and change the following values to ‘0’.

Dashboard_simsnet_ID=20121012

BioStore_simsnet_ID=2013101809

DashboardUpdate_simsnet_ID=20130919

Save the file.

You will also need to make sure that the SIMS connect.ini file has been copied to the GroupCall folder to replace the existing file.

These can usually be found in the following locations;

C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net\connect.ini

C:\Program Files (x86)\Groupcall\Xporter\connect.ini

Now restart the service.
