Student Not Receiving Free Meals
First confirm if the student if flagged for free school meals. In the People section of IRIS FasTrak check to see if the account has “FSM” in the Free Meal Column. If not, make sure that the account in your MIS system has free school meals turned on and that their expiry date is in the future. If the date and flag are correct, you will need to ask your School I.T. to investigate to see if something is preventing the connection between the schools MIS and IRIS BioStore. Please be aware that this is often caused by the IRIS BioStore licence having expired and then exceeding the default 60-day grace period. If School I.T. are unable to resolve then they will need to contact IRIS BioStore Support for assistance.
