Overdrawn Accounts

There is an update to the till software that changes the way overdrafts are dealt with. The till now tests to make sure the student doesn’t go any further overdrawn, which won’t happen if they are only purchasing from their FSM account. Contact IRIS FasTrak if your software has not been updated. If it is not convenient to update the till, then you can remedy the problem by setting the students individual overdraft to equal the amount they owe on their cash account. Go to the People page in FasTrak Admin, select the person having problems and choose Adjust Account. Then select the Override Overdraft limit and enter the amount they are overdrawn by.
