Adjust Account Incorrectly Charged for FSM

You need to open FasTrak Admin. Select the People page and then select the child whose account has the incorrect balance. Choose to Adjust Funds, select the Transaction Type as Cash Deposit and enter a description such as ‘FSM Adjustment’. Now enter the amount required to correct the overspend. You will now have topped-up the child’s cash account.
