Get Offline Till back Online
The till will go offline if there is no network connection. You will need to talk to your school I.T. as they will have to check for any network and server issues. In addition the IRIS FasTrak application may be in a stopped state following a server restart and may just need to be manually restarted. Once connection has been restored, turn the till back online, check that the machine has a network connection and click the update button on the till. If it can connect it will exit out of offline mode and save any outstanding transactions.
