Deposit Cash at Till

How to make a cash deposit within the Fastrak Till

In the Maintenance section of FasTrak Admin click on Client Setup.

Click on Allow deposits then on the right hand side change the settings drop-down to Yes and click Save.

Once you have done this launch your Till or select Update, once it has loaded and a cashless account selected you will need to click on the green button as highlighted below:

Select the Deposit Cash option from the menu. Once you click on this the transaction window will appear:

From here you would enter the amount which the customer has provided to add to their account. The top up will apply immediately and allow them to spend some or all of the amount straight away.

You must also make sure that your till user has the supervisor option ticked on the till option or you will be prompted to enter the PIN number of a user who has supervisor privileges.

To do this open FasTrak Admin click on Login and on the till/user click on the edit user button at the top of the screen then screen below will open. From the right hand menu tick the till option Supervisor.
